We Welcome

St. James United Methodist Church

the local church with the:

“Open Arms, Warm Heart”

Thank you!  For checking out our website. We are a congregation of multi-cultural people inspired to live out our motto of “Open Arms, Warm Heart.” Take the time to look around this site, you will find something about us which hopefully encourages you to visit.

Our mission is twofold:

1) Connect with you

2) Help you connect with God

Our church provides many ministries enabling seekers to connect with others just like you. We offer two styles of worship: traditional and contemporary.  We provide Christian education and activities for children, youth, and adults. (On hold due to Covid-19 requirements) We are a church with open arms to welcome you with joyful hearts, ready to embrace all who venture through our doors.  Come and See!  Please introduce yourself to us. We want to meet you and give you a personal welcome to St. James UMC.

New to St. James?

St. James is part of the United Methodist Church worldwide and has been an integral part of the Bellevue community for more than 60 years. Visitors and guests at the church will be welcomed by a very warm and caring family. You will be encouraged to not only attend worship but to get involved in a small group for either Bible Study, accountability, service, or fellowship. Check out the possibilities in the booklet, “Mission and Ministry Opportunities at St. James.”
