SOCIAL/ FELLOWSHIP

Oaks

Older Adults in Kinship Service

A group for older adult which meets monthly for a field trip, informational talk or lunch at a restaurant. Contact Nancy Caldwell, 402-291-3881.

Maples

Middle-Aged People Looking to Eat Somewhere

A fellowship group that meets the first Thursday of each month at various restaurants. Contact Deborah Kiel, 402-291-3881.

Single Sisters

Our adult single women meet on the second weekend of each month for a meal or to visit. Contact Jane Palmer, 402-291-3881.

STUDY GROUPS

Covenant Groups

Covenant Discipleship groups are gatherings of 5 to 7 people who agree to meet together regularly for mutual accountability and support for living the Christian life.

Men's Bible Study

Meets Thursday mornings at 6:30 AM at the Downtown Coffee Shop, 119 W. Mission Ave, Bellevue.

Women’s Bible Study

Meets on Monday evenings to study and discuss topics pertinent to the lives of Christian women striving to be better disciples.

Pastor’s Bible Study

Meets on Fridays from noon to 1 PM studying and discussing a variety of topics and books of the Bible.

SERVICE/ MISSION

Peaceable Kingdom Quilters

Meets twice each month on Wednesday nights for fun, making friends and supporting one another while quilting. The quilts are often given away to those in need.

Prayer Shawl Ministry

The group meets to knit or crochet shawls for those in need of comfort. The group prays over the shawls as they make them.

United Methodist Women (UMW)

The focus of UMW is on education and mission in the church, community and world. Five smaller groups of women, called UMW Circles, meet monthly for Bible studies, devotions, service opportunities and meals.

United Methodist Men (UMM)

Meets one Saturday of the month for breakfast, Bible study and to focus on mission and scouting. The UMM are involved with many areas of the church, including support of Camp Fontanelle, helping members and hosting the Sweetheart Dinner.

Saturday Quilt Group

Makes quilts for sick and disadvantaged children. Both quilt groups are for experienced as well as beginning quilters.
